The gulet Kaptan Yilmaz is the first floating restaurant in Sicily open all year.
In summer the kitchen is reserved for those who choose to spend their holidays on board our gulet; in winter our chef is still working on the boat at the port of Milazzo.
The care and attention we use gives to our restaurant very high standards.
We don’t satisfy your hunger, we aim to enhance your senses thanks to our philosophy of KM0 and Mile 0, using only fresh raw materials. We do not buy from large retailers, we prefer the small artisan food. Our efforts have been recognized publicly by the reviews of those who have already spent time on board and has tasted our traditional Sicilian cuisine.
The restaurant is open by reservation, to ensure the freshness of each dish. On board it is possible also to celebrate birthdays, parties, meetings and cultural events.
Such is our attention to the kitchen that we organize also, in collaboration with a hotel management school, an internship to train cooks for nautical tourism.
